Holocron

Built in Scotland for the people who make the night happen.

One shared record
for the whole night.

Holocron is being built to bring the plan, handovers and follow-up into one place, so every team works from the same picture.

A night is still held together across group chats, spreadsheets and memory. When something changes, every team has to catch up.

Give everyone the
same live picture.

A complete night

From planning to follow-up.

  1. 01

    Before doors

Set the plan, assign roles, confirm licence conditions and prepare the briefing.

  2. 02

    Doors open

Confirm who is in place and complete the checks before the night gets busy.

  3. 03

    During the night

Record handovers, decisions and incidents while the context is still clear.

  4. 04

    After close

Finish with one account of the night and a clear list of outstanding actions.

Shared, not identical

Each role sees the part of the night it needs.

Venue

Own the record and see the whole night at a glance.

Promoter

Share the plan once and keep the venue up to date.

Artist

Get the arrival, access, contact and welfare details you need.

Security

Record handovers and incidents in the same place.

Crew

Know the plan, who to contact and what has changed.

A clear record, without the chase

Leave with a usable account of the night.

Checks, notes, decisions and actions stay attached to the same record. When the doors close, the context remains clear and every next step has an owner.

Before you join

A few honest answers.

What happens when I join?

You will join the founding waitlist. We will email you when there is a meaningful product update or an opportunity to take part in early testing.

Who is Holocron for?

The people and places that share responsibility for a night: venue operators, promoters, artists, security, welfare teams and production crew.

Will I need to change how I work?

Not to join. Early testing will show us how Holocron should fit around the briefings, handovers and tools your team already uses.

What information do you ask for?

We ask for your role, name and email address, plus a referral code when one is present. Our privacy policy explains how we use and store that data.

Founding access / Scotland 2026

Help shape Holocron before launch.

We are inviting a small founding group from across Scotland to test the language, assumptions and workflow against the way nights are actually run.
