Holocron

Promoters, DJs and artists / Built in Scotland

Your track record travels with you.

Holocron is being built so every gig becomes part of one record you own and can show. Where you played. When. Proof you turned up and did the job.

Confirmed by the venue

Fictional name, venues and gigs. This is a concept, not a live profile.

Your history is scattered across DMs, posters and a phone full of screenshots. A promoter booking someone new has little to go on. You have done the work, but proving it still means finding someone who remembers.

You did the work.
It should count.

How it would work

From booking to track record.

  1. 01

    Confirm the gig

Start with an agreed booking: who is playing, where and when.

  2. 02

    Know the details

Keep arrival times, set times and the person to contact together.

  3. 03

    Do the work

Play the set, perform the show or put on the night. Have the work confirmed.

  4. 04

    Take it with you

The gig would join a lasting record you own, ready for the next booking.

Promoters, DJs and artists

Your work. Your next booking.

Promoter

Booking someone new should not mean guessing. The aim is to see confirmed past gigs and build a record of the nights you put on.

DJ

Your sets should count beyond the last poster. The aim is to keep proof of where you played and show it when the next booking comes up.

Artist

A live show is work worth keeping. The aim is to carry your performance history from one booking to the next, without rebuilding it from screenshots.

What the record would hold

Proof beyond the poster.

A poster says you were booked. The record we are building would show that you did the gig, with confirmation attached. One history you could keep and show when someone asks what you have done.

A few honest answers.

What happens when I join?

We will email you when there is a meaningful product update or an opportunity to take part in early testing. Joining the waitlist does not create a track record yet.

Who is Holocron for?

Promoters, DJs and artists in Scotland who want a record of their work they can keep and show.

Can I use Holocron today?

Not yet. Holocron is being built. The records on this page are illustrative product direction, with fictional names, venues and gigs. They are not live profiles or customer data.

How would a gig become part of my record?

The aim is to connect an agreed booking with confirmation that you did the work, then keep it in a record you own and can show. Early testing will help us work out how confirmation should happen and how past gigs could be included.

What information do you ask for?

For the waitlist, we ask for your role, name and email address, plus a referral code when one is present. Our privacy policy explains how we use and store that data.
